INHALE: designed in the Dolomites

INHALE is an Italian brand, and its devices are designed in the Dolomites. The focus is on natural materials and careful craftsmanship. Every piece of wood has its own grain – which is why every Vapman and every Lotus looks a little different.

Vapman Click: click signal and gold-plated copper bowl

The Vapman Click is a compact mechanical vaporizer, approx. 45 × 70 mm according to INHALE. The herb chamber holds up to approx. 0.2 g. You adjust the jet flame so that its strong blue core is about 1 to 1.5 cm long and hold the tip of the flame directly against the bowl from below. Once the intended temperature range is reached, the Vapman clicks audibly. As it cools down, a second click follows – then you heat it again.

You control the temperature mainly by how long you keep heating after the click: depending on how hot you like it, heat for another 1 to 3 seconds or so. You adjust the airflow by turning the mouthpiece. INHALE recommends starting with the airflow fully closed and then opening it step by step. A cooling spiral in the upper part cools the vapor before you inhale.

Classic or Pure?

Both versions heat the same way. The Vapman Click comes as the Classic in walnut, padouk, amaranth copper brown and olive (Founder Edition), with heat protection made of mica, and as the Pure in cherry wood with a charred heat protection. Both come with a hard case.

Lotus: pure convection with a flower-shaped heating plate

The Lotus works in a fundamentally different way. A flower-shaped heating plate sits on the Vapor Cap. The flame heats the plate, the air underneath gets hot and flows through the herbs as you draw. The chamber itself is not heated directly. That's pure convection – unusual for a mechanical vaporizer.

Here's how: fill the chamber no more than three quarters full and don't press it down. Put on the Vapor Cap and point the flame almost vertically at the center of the plate. Important: as soon as you start heating, draw gently and steadily at the mouthpiece at the same time. Keep the airflow going throughout the entire heating process. Move the flame in small circles. Drawing more slowly brings more heat and more vapor, drawing faster cools the heating chamber. Stir in between. With a little practice, you'll find your sweet spot.

The heating plate curves slightly when heated and turns bluish over time. That's normal and doesn't affect its lifespan.

The Lotus Vaporizer Kit includes the Vapor Cap in olive wood, walnut or mulberry (limited edition), the Lotus glass pipe with a 14 mm joint, a 14 mm stainless steel adapter for water filters and a case.

Accessories for Vapman and Lotus

For both devices you need a jet lighter with an adjustable, focused flame. The INHALE Premium Jet Lighter has a 9 ml tank and is refillable. You'll find more models under jet lighters.

For the Lotus there is the Lotus glass pipe made of borosilicate glass as a replacement or spare, and the Lotus Gentleman Pipe in walnut wood in a classic pipe shape. For your herbs there is the Infinity Jar 15 ml for on the go and the Infinity Jar 200 ml with a hygrometer in the lid – both with UV protection and a walnut lid.

Care: quick and easy

Empty the Vapman after every session, ideally with a small brush. You can soak a heavily soiled screen in isopropyl alcohol – keep wood and alcohol apart. On the Lotus, the Vapor Cap needs no cleaning because only air flows through it. Clean the chamber adapter and glass pipe with a cleaning solution.

Which INHALE vaporizer is right for you?

If you want clear feedback while heating, the Vapman Click is the right choice. It is small, light and fits in your pocket together with its hard case. If you're looking for pure convection, open airflow and a larger chamber, the Lotus suits you better. It takes a little more practice and rewards you with pure vapor flavor.
